DBK’s Certified Personal Trainer, Ms Allie, is excited to provide training services to youth and adults in the Collinsville area. Ms Allie’s goal is to improve quality of life through movement. She aims to teach youth and adults skills that they can carry with them throughout their lives!
Services are provided in person at D.A.N.C.E. By Kristin (studio 2), at home, or online! Choose from group classes, personal training, and “train with a friend”!
Current 2024-2025 Schedule:
Adult Group Strength: Drop in class, no commitment!
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm, Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 PM
- Circuit style strength training using dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX, body weight and other familiar equipment. Work at your own pace! Stations can be modified to meet the clients’ needs and level.
Youth Strength & Flexibility II/III: 8 week sessions
Ages 13+: Tuesdays 7:15 – 8:45pm
Ages 9-12: Thursdays 5:15 – 6:30pm
- Build strength and improve flexibility. Helps students gain confidence, target muscular imbalances, and perform at higher athletic levels. Open to all youth and teens!
Personal Training: Youth and adult

- Have you been wanting to improve your health, but don’t know where to begin? Ms Allie will meet you at your current level and work with you to provide a plan that best fits you. By working one on one, clients are able to find a routine that is ENJOYABLE and include their strengths. Personal training allows clients to have a plan specifically tailored to their needs.
Train With A Friend: Adult

- This service allows clients to work semi privately with Ms Allie. Benefits include receiving a plan that is still catered towards your needs and allows you to have fun- while training with a friend! It is best to train with someone of similar levels.
Online Training: Adult
Accepting new clients
- Receive monthly personalized workout plans that can be completed on your own at home or in a gym. Weekly accountability check-ins and additional text support is provided, if needed. Each month, clients receive a new plan based off of their progress, schedule and needs.
